Corporate Wellness Events in Phoenix

Your team works hard. Long hours, back to back meetings, and Arizona heat add up fast. A corporate wellness event gives your people something they can feel the same day.

Premium IV Therapy brings registered nurses to your office, warehouse, job site, or event space anywhere in the Phoenix metro. We set up a clean, private station. Your team signs up for a time. Everyone gets back to work feeling better than they did that morning.

We have served Valley businesses since we opened, and every formula we offer was designed by our medical director, Stuart Porter.

What Is a Corporate Wellness Event?

A corporate wellness event is a scheduled block of time where our nurses come to you and provide IV hydration therapy on site.

You pick the date, the hours, and the number of guests. We handle the rest. There is no clinic visit, no drive time for your staff, and no long lunch break lost to an appointment.

Most companies book us for one of three reasons. They want a perk that feels different from another gift card. They want support for a team during a heavy stretch of work. Or they want a wellness activity that fits inside a bigger event they are already planning.

Why Phoenix Teams Book On-Site IV Therapy

Water and coffee only go so far. When people are dehydrated or running low on nutrients, focus slips and energy drops.

IV hydration puts fluids and vitamins straight into the bloodstream. That means your team does not have to wait on digestion. Many guests notice a difference before they walk back to their desk.

Here is what employers tell us they like about it:

  • Every session takes about 30 to 60 minutes, so guests are back at their desk quickly
  • Staff never leave the building, so the day keeps moving
  • Guests choose what they want instead of getting a one-size perk
  • A registered nurse answers questions in person, which builds trust
  • It works for 5 people or 50

IV therapy is wellness support. It is not a treatment for illness or injury, and it is not a substitute for care from your own doctor.

Registered nurses on site

Every event is staffed by our registered nurses. They review a short health questionnaire with each guest, talk through the menu, and make a recommendation based on what that person tells them.

Nurses bring all supplies, hospital-grade equipment, and sharps disposal. Nothing is left behind for your facilities team to deal with.

A private setup in your space

We need a spot with a few chairs, an outlet nearby, and a door or divider for privacy. A conference room, break room, or empty office all work well. Outdoor and tented setups are possible when the weather allows.

A menu your team picks from

Guests are not locked into one formula. Our nurse meets with each person, learns what they are after, and helps them choose. Someone fighting brain fog and someone recovering from a weekend race do not need the same thing.

How Corporate Booking Works

Tell us the basics

Date, location, headcount, and the hours you want covered. A rough guest count is fine at this stage.

We build a quote

Pricing depends on group size, how long we are on site, and which formulas your team chooses. You will get one number with no surprises attached.

We set up a signup

Most companies send their team a simple schedule so guests can claim a slot. This keeps a line from forming outside your conference room.

Event day

Our nurses arrive early, set up, and work through the schedule. We clean up and pack out when the last guest is done.

Safety, Staffing, and What We Ask of You

Every guest completes a short health questionnaire before anything begins. Our nurse reviews it, checks in about medications and medical history, and will pass on service if it is not a good fit that day. That call always belongs to the nurse.

Guests should eat something and drink water before their appointment. That makes the whole visit easier.

From your side, we ask for three things. A private area with seating, access to an outlet, and one point of contact on site who can let our team in and answer questions about the space.

What to Tell Your Team Before the Event

A little communication ahead of time makes the day run better. Send your staff a short note that covers four things.

Tell them what is being offered and that it is optional. Nobody should feel pressure to participate.

Tell them to eat a real meal and drink water that morning. Hydrated guests have an easier appointment.

Tell them to bring a list of any medications they take, and to mention any medical conditions to the nurse. This stays between the guest and the nurse.

Tell them what to wear. A short sleeve shirt or a sleeve that rolls up easily is all it takes.

Why Companies Choose Premium IV Therapy

We started as an iron infusion practice, and that clinical background still shapes how we run every event. Our formulas were designed by our medical director, Stuart Porter, and every guest is seen by a registered nurse rather than a technician.

We are local. Our center sits in Mesa, our nurses live here, and we know what an Arizona summer does to a job site crew. You are not scheduling through a call center in another state.

Corporate Wellness Event FAQs

  • How many people can you serve at one event?

Small teams and large ones both work. Headcount drives how many nurses we bring and how long we stay, so share your number when you request a quote.

  • How long does each person need?

Plan on 30 to 60 minutes per guest. Guests overlap, so the line keeps moving.

  • Do you bill insurance?

No. IV therapy is self pay. Many companies cover the event as a group cost, and some let employees pay for their own upgrades.

  • Can employees pay for themselves?

Yes. Some companies cover a base drip and let guests add on. We can set that up either way.

  • How far ahead should we book?

Two to four weeks is comfortable for most events. Larger groups and December dates fill up sooner, so reach out early.

  • What if someone should not receive IV therapy?

Our nurse will tell them privately and suggest they check with their own doctor first. Nobody is put on the spot.

  • Do you offer gift cards for staff?

Yes. Gift cards are a good option when you want to offer the perk but let people schedule on their own time.
