Event Wellness Services in Phoenix

Getting a group of people in one place takes work. Keeping that group feeling good is a different job.

Premium IV Therapy sends registered nurses to your event anywhere in the Phoenix metro. We bring IV hydration, set up in the space you give us, take care of your guests, and pack out when we are done.

We work with two kinds of planners. Companies putting on something for their staff, and hosts putting on something for their friends and family. This page walks through how both work, what to expect, and how to plan the day. When you know which one you are, use the links below to go deeper.

What Event Wellness Actually Means

Event wellness is any service that helps the people at your event feel better while they are there.

For us, that means hydration. Water and sports drinks help, but they have to work through your digestive system first. An IV skips that step and puts fluids, vitamins, and minerals right into the bloodstream.

It is worth being clear about what this is not. IV therapy is wellness support. It may help with hydration, energy, and general recovery. It does not treat illness, it does not replace care from your own doctor, and it is never a substitute for emergency services. Our nurses will tell any guest the same thing in person.

Two Ways Groups Book Us

Almost every event we serve falls into one of two buckets. The service is similar. The planning around it is not.

Corporate and workplace events

These are booked by a company for its employees. Think employee appreciation days, benefits fairs, sales kickoffs, conferences, and support for crews working through Arizona summers. There is usually a set budget, a fixed window, and a need to keep the workday moving.

Private and social events

These are booked by a host for a group of guests. Weddings, bachelorette weekends, milestone birthdays, golf trips, race weekends, and reunions. The schedule is looser, the location is often a hotel or rental, and guests frequently want different things from each other.

Some events sit in the middle. A company retreat with a social night, or a client appreciation party, can go either way. Call us and describe it, and we will point you to the right setup.

Not sure which page to read first? The simplest test is who is paying and where it happens. If a business is covering it and it happens somewhere people work, start with the corporate page. If a host is covering it, or guests are paying their own way, and it happens somewhere people are relaxing, start with the special event page. The service itself is the same either way, so you will not miss anything by picking the wrong one.

What a Session Looks Like for a Guest

Most people have never done this before, and knowing the steps takes the nerves out of it.

A guest sits down and fills out a short health questionnaire. The nurse reads it, asks a few follow up questions, and talks through what the guest is hoping to get out of the session. That conversation is where the formula gets chosen.

The nurse cleans the site, places the IV, and gets the drip started. From there the guest sits, scrolls, talks, or works. Nothing about it requires them to stay still or stay quiet.

When the bag is finished, the nurse removes the IV, checks the site, and the guest is done. Most people go right back to whatever the day holds.

How Long Your Event Will Run

Planners always ask this, so here is a way to think about it.

Start with your headcount and the window you have. Each guest needs about 30 to 60 minutes, and guests overlap, so the two numbers together set your timeline.

A single nurse can typically keep a handful of drips running at the same time, with new guests starting as others finish. More nurses means more guests served in the same window.

Add 20 to 30 minutes at the front for setup and the same at the back for pack out.

Rather than guess, give us your headcount and the window you have. We will tell you how many nurses to plan for and how long we need. That number is part of your quote, so there is no mystery about it on event day.

Planning Your Event Step by Step

Reserve Your Event Date

Six weeks out. Lock your date and your location. If your event lands on a peak weekend, reach out now to check availability.

Four weeks out. Get us a headcount range and your window. We build your quote around those two numbers.

Three weeks out. Confirm your quote and let us know about anything unusual, like a second location or a hard stop time.

Two weeks out. Sort out the space. Confirm the room, the seating, and access with your venue, hotel, or facilities team.

One week out. Send your guests a heads up. Tell them the service is optional, ask them to eat and drink water beforehand, and remind them to wear something with a sleeve that rolls up.

✓ Two days out. Confirm your final headcount and your on-site contact with us.

✓ Event day. Our nurses arrive early to set up. Your point of contact meets them, shows them the space, and we take it from there.

Arizona Timing and the Seasons

Planning in the Valley comes with a few local realities that out of state planners do not expect.

  • Summer. Heat is the main driver from May through September. Outdoor crews, warehouse teams, and pool parties all deal with real fluid loss. Plain hydration becomes the most requested option of the year. Set up indoors or in shade, and give guests a cool place to sit.
  • Monsoon. Storms can move fast in July and August. If your event is outdoors, have a backup indoor spot. We do not set up under an active storm.
  • Spring training. February and March bring visitors and packed weekends across the East Valley and Scottsdale. Group requests spike, so book early.
  • Race and event season. Fall through spring is when the Valley fills up with races, tournaments, and festivals. Weekend mornings go first.
  • Holidays. Company parties in December and New Year's morning are our busiest stretch. Those dates are worth claiming months ahead.

Where We Can Set Up

We have run events in a lot of different spaces. What we need is simple. Seating, decent light, a nearby restroom, and enough privacy that guests are comfortable.

Places that work well:

  • Conference rooms and break rooms
  • Empty offices and training rooms
  • Hotel rooms, suites, and resort casitas
  • Homes, rentals, and vacation properties
  • Event venues and clubhouses
  • Shaded outdoor areas and tents when the weather cooperates
  • Trailers and break areas on job sites
  • Party buses and limos when parked

If you are working with a venue, hotel, or club, check whether they need advance notice for outside service providers. Most do not care. A few want a heads up, and it is easier to ask early than to sort it out on event day.

What Guests Should Know Beforehand

Give your group these four things and event day gets easier.

The service is optional, and nobody should feel pressure to take part.

Eat a real meal and drink water beforehand. Hydrated guests have a smoother appointment.

Mention any medications or medical conditions to the nurse. That conversation stays between the guest and the nurse.

Wear a short sleeve shirt or a sleeve that rolls up.

Our Nurses and Medical Oversight

Premium IV Therapy started as an iron infusion practice. That clinical background is still the backbone of how we run events.

Every guest is seen by a registered nurse, not a technician. Our formulas were designed by our medical director, Stuart Porter. Our nurses bring hospital-grade supplies and handle their own sharps disposal, so nothing is left behind for your team.

Each guest completes a short health questionnaire first. The nurse reviews it, asks about medical history and medications, and may decline service if it is not the right call that day. That decision belongs to the nurse, and it is handled quietly and respectfully.

Building Your Event Budget

Event pricing depends on three things. How many guests you have, how long we are on site, and what those guests receive.

You will get one quote up front that covers all of it. There is no per guest guessing on event day.

A few notes on payment. IV therapy is self pay, and insurance does not apply. Companies usually pay as one invoice. Private hosts sometimes cover everything, and sometimes let each guest pay for their own. Both are fine, and we can also run a mix where the host covers a base option and guests pay for upgrades.

If you want to offer wellness without scheduling an event at all, gift cards let people book on their own time.

What Guests Can Choose From

Guests do not have to pick a formula before we arrive. Our nurse meets with each person, learns what they are after, and recommends something that fits.

The menu covers a wide range. Signature all around blends, immune support, stress support, recovery after physical activity, beauty focused blends, plain fluids, and NAD+ at a range of strengths.

Full ingredients and pricing are on our menu page. For NAD+ specifically, see our NAD+ page.

Event Wellness FAQs

  • Do I have to know exactly what my guests want when I book?

No. Give us a headcount and a window. Guests choose with the nurse on event day.

  • Can you serve two locations on the same day?

Sometimes. Tell us both addresses and both windows when you ask for a quote and we will let you know what is possible.

  • What happens if our headcount changes?

Let us know as soon as you can. Small changes are usually easy. Big swings may change your quote or how many nurses we send.

  • Do you need anything special from our venue?

Seating, light, a nearby restroom, and privacy. That is it. Some venues want advance notice about outside vendors, so check with your coordinator.

  • Can guests bring a friend who is not on the list?

Usually yes, as long as we have time left in the window. Add-ons on event day depend on the schedule.

  • What if the weather turns on an outdoor event?

Have an indoor backup. Our nurses will not set up in unsafe conditions, and Valley storms do not give much warning.

  • Is this the same service you offer in your center?

The care is the same, and the same registered nurses provide it. Some items on our menu are offered in our Mesa center only, so ask us if there is something specific your group wants.

  • How do we get started?

Send us the date, the address, and a headcount range. That is enough for us to start a quote.
